還記得今年3月中我曾經跟一些班級分享過的，
超跳 Tone 的 日本版《Smoke on the water》嗎？
影片中，
三味線演奏者是多麼的中規中矩！
濃濃的草根性，讓一堆學生捧腹大笑～

今天，
不小心發現了這個可謂東西文化完美結合的曲子：
《Change》。

首先，
分別認識一下這兩個合作發行《Change》的團體吧：

『Monkey Majik 猴子把戲』，
目前團員為兩位加拿大兄弟檔：
Maynard（主唱&吉他）、Blaise（主唱&吉他）
和兩位日本人：
Tax 菊池拓哉（鼓）、Dick（貝斯）。



第一份作品是自費發行的 EP《TIRED》，
限量一千張，
只在日本仙台市的 Tower 唱片販售。
2006年後，陸續發行了單曲＆專輯...

超輕鬆系混合樂團，
以自由度透明感滿載的流暢旋律，
帶著西洋曲風的獨特風格，
英日綜合的歌詞唱出人生的種種，
再加上不可思議的節奏感，
猴子把戲就是如此的隨性自如，
簡單跨越東方與西方音樂世界的隔閡。



先看06年2月發行的《Around the world》，
是富士電視台連續劇《西遊記》的主題曲，
MV拍得很妙，
有很多高難度到有點噁心的肢體動作＆動畫效果：

至於『Yoshida Brothers 吉田兄弟』，
是著名的日本津輕三味線二人演奏組合。
哥哥吉田良一郎和弟弟吉田健一，
出生於日本北海道登別市。

他們會學三味線，
完全是為了替他們父親圓夢，
1999年推出的首張唱片《Ibuki》後，
自2002年起連續3年舉行日本全國巡迴演奏會。
2003年8月於美國推出首張海外專輯《吉田兄弟》，
同年10月在紐約和洛杉磯演出，
引起廣泛註意；
也曾赴丹麥、瑞典作音樂交流，
2006年則在西班牙、香港舉行演奏會...
早期樂曲《萌芽》，
是電影《藝伎回憶錄》的宣傳音樂。

三味線源自中國的三弦，東渡日本後，
主要在本州北部青森縣的津輕發展流傳，
是十八世紀民歌伴奏的主要樂器之一，
十九世紀中葉成為具代表性的獨奏樂器。
它的彈撥器與弦線撞擦出的共鳴及怨味，
可以抒發出日本北部人民於嚴寒生活下的壓抑情緒。



吉田兄弟染髮、Punk頭，
創新了三味線演奏家的造型，
他們的編曲，
在傳統三味線的民謠風之中，
注入搖滾、流行、拉丁音樂和藍調等元素，
加上爵士樂式即興變奏，
又將電吉他的刷弦技巧融入三味線演奏中，
激情彈撥，
賦予此傳統絃樂器嶄新的活力....
使日本年青一族對這種傳統樂器趨之若鶩。

至於《Change》這首歌，
是2007年10月的專輯《天馬行空》中的第五首，
這首歌，
帶點搖滾，帶點 Hip-Hop，
還有濃濃的東方味...
吉田兄弟的三味線，
將日本傳統音樂風格發揮得淋漓盡致，
還像電吉他一樣的掃弦～
吉他的部分是全然的西洋風，
Hi-Hat 的反拍，
主唱是比較英式的唱腔，
再加上中段很 High 的 Rap ...
整體聽起來不但不突兀，
反而令人耳目一新、熱血沸騰！
